Looking for a few places to see during those long layovers at the terminal?  Seattle International airport has a light rail train which you can ride to directly to downtown Seattle.  You will be in the heart of the city and no traffic congestion or delays.  Spend an hour or two in the city within walking distance to the famous outdoor Pike Place Market, shop at Nike, take a walk to the waterfront…visit the first Starbucks store and sample the fresh food and smell the flowers from local vendors.
