It’s a great community event for those marching and all participants involved with Seafair.  Thanks for following  Jesse

Slip Away to the Pacific Northwest

Slip Away to the Pacific Northwest by Jesse Tam.  Summer is a terrific  time to slip away and discover the Pacific northwest with a scenic drive from Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. Take the coastal route along US 101 which is more relaxing and enjoy the Sea Lion Caves, Lighthouses, Seaside and more.  Interstate 5 (I-5) is and easy drive if you are have only a few days to discover the city highlights.

A favorite place to relax and enjoy the Seattle summer outdoors is at Lake Union with the boats, dinning, festivals and just view of the city.  Walk along the dock and see various types of boats at the moorage slips or bring your boat and park at one of the docks and dine in one of the fine restaurants for a fantastic fresh seafood catch or simple happy hour.

The beautiful waters of South Lake Union with Seattle Space Needle and city view towards downtown.  There will be plenty of cranes in the skyline with construction and growth in the region
